Lexalytics is excited to announce the addition of Polish to our long list of Native Language Packs.
Lexalytics now supports 21 international languages, including French, German, and Mandarin. We now cover approximately 64 percent of the world’s population, or 4.9 billion people. With the addition of Polish alone, we’re able to provide actionable insight based on the conversations of 39 million Polish speakers worldwide.
Lexalytics native language packs analyzes text in its native language instead of translating it into English and then analyzing. This ensures the best accuracy, and preserves things like language-specific idioms and slang, so that the real meaning of the text doesn’t get lost in translation.
Native language text analytics is crucial for multinational companies, like Sprinklr, who serve over 1000 brands across 77 countries, to better serve global enterprises and understand the voice and sentiment of their customers.
“Poland is an important market for our partners and customers and we’re excited to help them grow their businesses in that market with this new capability,” says Lexalytics’ very own CEO, Jeff Caitlin.
Polish language support will be available on December 3, 2015 in both the Semantria® SaaS platform and Salience on-premise text mining systems.
